If you choose to buy online with the "buy" button you are directed to the "2checkout" online payment service we contract as an authorized retailer or authorized reseller for the secure working and payment of the online shopping cart (we have to give away 6% of sale amount to them to get that safety system). You can then choose the currency you want to pay with and come back to shop for more or change the content of your shopping cart. You can check out and pay at any time by pressing the basket icon. If you would like to pay using the service paypal, or any other method please contact us to this email address (enquiries@didgeridoo-store.com) and provide us with the products that you want to purchase by giving us the Ref code of each product and the quantity you wish for each of them (the didjeridoos we sell are unique and there is only 1 available for each picture, unlike boomerangs and accessories), after which we will send you an invoice.

Shipping costs, packaging, delivery time

The postage (shipping) of any didgeridoo is only $88 (australian) from Australia to anywhere in the world, using DHL. Each didgeridoo is well packaged with bubble wrap and boxed individually. There have not been any damage caused up until now, and if there happens to be, we will remedy. Even the didgeridoos which have a raugh or raw base are safe in transport and wont loose a crumble. It usually takes 2 weeks for the didgeridoos to arrive at destination, but no promise can be made due to all the variables involved in the process (customs, transports).

Refund Policy

you are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

• Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
• Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
• Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase;
If you are entitled to a refund, you can choose between a refund or exchange at no further cost.

Privacy Policy

The information we collect from you when you become a client (once you have placed an order), that is your full name, telephone number and address as well as such information about the recipient of the goods, if different, are kept by us and we ensure that they are not passed on to other parties. Information about credit card details and such private payment information are not seen nor hold by us. These payment processing information are dealt with and processed by www.2checkout.com, a world payment processing service we contract for the safe and secure working of the shopping cart

Import Duty

You should contact your national customs office to double check if you are required to pay a duty or any other import tax to clear your goods from domestic customs.
